About the Role
Monash Health Specialist Consulting (Outpatients) are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead and optimise administrative operations within our department. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing clinic efficiency, improving patient experience, and driving continuous improvement through innovative processes and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage administrative operations, ensuring compliance and streamlined workflows.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Oversee resource allocation, rostering, and office management to meet organisational priorities.

Drive process redesign and performance monitoring to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure accurate financial management, OH&S compliance, and timely audits.

Maintain effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Represent administration as a subject matter expert in meetings and organisational initiatives.
About You
You are a dynamic leader with:

Proven experience in administration management within healthcare or a similar environment.

Strong people management skills and the ability to coach and develop teams.

Expertise in process improvement and performance monitoring.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and fostering innovation.
