About the Role

We are recruiting for a part time role, working 5 day shifts per fortnight at Moorabbin Hospital, Bentleigh East. The shifts are likely to be 7.00am to 3pm.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you’d receive your roster for work at least two weeks in advance, to help you plan your time and accommodate any other commitments you have.  In addition, you’d have to opportunity to pick up additional shifts at other hospitals in the Monash Health network when colleagues take periods of significant leave or when we need your support with covering other absences.

Our Reception/Admissions Department at Moorabbin Hospital is open seven days a week to enable us to meet the healthcare needs of the community we serve. Our shifts currently have varying start and finish times (largely between 7:00am and 8:00pm) and may change from time to time as our services further develop and grow. This role is particularly important as it is usually the first point of contact for people entering the hospital and sets the tone for their experience with us. • Utilising a number of software systems to support your work and assist consumers
