About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in an ongoing part-time position (0.6 EFT) at Tower 2, Casey Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive ward environment, providing high-quality patient care.

 

As a registered nurse, you will enjoy the variety and challenges that come from working with skilled senior staff and clinical mentors while being supported by the leadership team across the program and our large, complex health service.

 

Your work will include:

  • Patient-centred provision of care to our cohort of patients in Tower 2
  • Role modelling and mentoring like-minded employees and working within the team collaboratively
  • Participating in quality improvement across the program to support best practice

About You:

We seek suitably qualified nurses who are passionate about and have demonstrated experience in CCU to become a valuable part of our cardiac care team.  

 

Yours is a pivotal front-line role providing care within a dynamic fast-paced setting.  You are committed to providing evidence-based, patient and family-centred care and you are motivated to seek all opportunities to further upskill and master your CCU expertise. 

 

These are ongoing positions with availability to work across 24/7 rotational shifts. 

 

What you bring: 

  • Current clinical experience  
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster 
  • Postgraduate Qualification in Critical or Cardiac Care  preferred
