Monash Health Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) provides comprehensive, holistic assessments to support older people and younger individuals with age-related needs. We identify their strengths, resources, and challenges to create personalised, coordinated support plans focused on client goals and reablement. Our assessments determine eligibility for Commonwealth-funded care, including home care packages, restorative care, respite, residential care, and more. 

 

About the Role 

We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive Administration Officer to become a vital part of our ACAS team. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll provide crucial administrative support, ensuring our program runs smoothly in line with Commonwealth, Victorian Department of Health, and Monash Health guidelines. As the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders — including consumers of the service — you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support and service. You’ll manage competing demands, maintain daily key performance indicators, and provide phone support to clients, families, healthcare workers, and the community.
