About the Role: 

Join our team as a Grade 2 Allied Health CDAMS Clinician - (Social Work/Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Dietitian/Speech Pathologist) 

 

 

This exciting pilot position is based at the Kingston Centre.  This is a part-time (.6 EFT) fixed term role (6 months). This pilot role has been designed to support the existing CDAMS team with a focus on initial assessment and intake.  It will provide the unique opportunity to work within an expert multidisciplinary team.

 

 

About Us: 

The Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) provide timely and expert multidisciplinary assessment, diagnosis, treatment, support, referral and information to people experiencing undiagnosed cognitive difficulties and dementia as well as their families/carers.   

 

 

About You:  

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge: 

 

  • Clinical knowledge and experience in aged and dementia care.
  • Knowledge of relevant community services.
  • Capacity to work independently and facilitate a collaborative culture. 
  • Advanced skills in organisation, time management, planning and priority setting. 

 

Mandatory requirements of the role – qualifications, licences, memberships

 

  • Relevant qualifications specific to your discipline.
  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
