About the Role 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position has executive responsibility for the operational functions within the nominated program portfolios across Monash Health. Working alongside the Divisional Director, Hospitals and Clinics and the Divisional Director, Surgery and Statewide Services they will deliver on our operational service targets. 

 

The Divisional Director, Medicine, Aged, Community and Mental Health is a critical executive role that offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and strategic innovation within an extensive network. The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational planning efforts, closely aligning them with Monash Health’s broader goals and the evolving needs of our community.
