About the Role
The Patient Relationship Officer role operates within a range of competencies and skills that are required to ensure the effective and smooth management of admissions, discharges and transfers across the hospital. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, working across multiple locations. You’ll be welcomed into a positive and supportive environment, passionate about delivering care to a diverse and growing local community. You’ll also enjoy working in brand new facilities in a dedicated heart hospital. The Victorian Heart Hospital will be Australia’s first dedicated heart hospital.
Key duties and responsibilities:

Provide friendly, courteous & professional greetings and support to all visitors

Reception meet and greet
-
Admitting and discharging patients
-
Great customer service is essential for this role.

Working on a rotational roster
About You
You are a proactive individual who enjoys fast paced environment and is able to work effectively in an independent role. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
