About the Role
The Critical Care SRMO position is a 12-month position created for Junior Doctors who are considering a critical care career, offering both breadth and depth of experience.
About You:

Current PGY2 (at least)

You are a positive, committed and inspiring medical professional

Dedicated to delivering exceptional care and outstanding outcomes for our patients

You can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and effective time management

You have evidence of interest in academic pursuits including research

You have evidence of ability to work in a team and show leadership potential
Important Information for Anaesthetics Rotation Applicants
If you wish to be considered for the Anaesthetics rotation, you must also apply for the Anaesthetics SRMO position. The Anaesthetics team has emphasised that they would like to meet all potential candidates as part of their selection process, to ensure they have a clear understanding of who they may be working with. As you're aware, we have previously selected CCSRMOs through this process.
