About Us
The Neurosurgery Unit at Monash Health comprises both adult and paediatric neurosurgery. There is a substantial private arm of the unit, based at Jessie McPherson Private Hospital on the Clayton site. On call consultation and support is provided at Dandenong and Casey Hospitals. Surgery is conducted at Clayton. The unit incorporates a number of busy outpatient clinics at the Clayton site and has a substantial emergency workload.
About the Role
The position is located on the wards and operating theatres relevant to the Unit and may require the incumbent to travel to other Monash Health sites. In particular, the position would best suit a doctor who is planning a career in neurosurgery and wishes to gain experience at this level. You must have previous experience in neurosurgery at HMO level or higher.

Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications

Working with Children's Certificate
