About
The Medical Administration Registrars will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Directors of Medical Services (DMS) (Quality and Safety; Workforce and Education) to provide professional leadership and clinical guidance across a range of strategic and operational initiatives. The role will have a particular focus on supporting medical leadership development, effective professional governance and operational management of medical staff and partnering with clinical units to promote clinical governance, quality improvement, research and innovation activities.
About the roles
Monash Health, the largest and leading public health service in Victoria with a medical workforce of over 3,500 clinicians, is seeking two enthusiastic and committed Medical Administration Registrars.
Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and reporting to the Directors of Medical Services, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services through medical leadership development, professional and operational medical workforce management, medical education governance, clinical governance, research governance and innovation facilitation.
This role offers excellent supervision and training exposure and is well-suited to both new and existing trainees registered (or eligible for registration) with RACMA. You will gain valuable operational and project experience across all domains of Medical Administration. These positions provide a strong foundation for emerging clinical leaders and offer a highly supportive and enriching environment in which to develop specialist skills.
