About Paediatric Surgery Unit
The Paediatric Surgical Unit provides surgical services to neonates, infants and children and adolescents. It encompasses antenatal care in conjunction with the Fetal Diagnostic and Perinatal Medicine Units, Neonatal Surgery, and general and subspecialty paediatric surgery, particularly thoracic surgery, colorectal surgery and urology.
About the Role
The Department of Paediatric Surgery are looking for positive, committed and inspiring Junior Medical Staff to join a thriving team dedicated to achieving the best in patient care. Applications are invited from qualified medical practitioners, for the position of Paediatric Surgical Registrar. About You
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

Capacity to be an effective member of the paediatric surgical team

Has the appropriate level of clinical knowledge and skills to undertake the role of surgical registrar
Mandatory requirements of the role:

Primary medical degree (MBBS) or equivalent
-
All candidates will require Australian working rights
-
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
-
Employee Working with Children's Check
-
Current Drivers Licence
