About the Vascular and Transplant Surgery Unit
Monash Vascular Unit is one of the busiest vascular units in Victoria. We have 13 consultant surgeons and work collaboratively with interventional vascular radiologists, podiatrists, physiotherapists and associated medical specialists such as Diabetes Endocrinologists and Educators. Our workload comprises routine and complex open vascular surgery, endovascular arterial interventions (including those for thoracic and abdominal aortic pathology), dialysis access surgery and kidney and pancreas transplantation. Apart from clinical work, research and teaching are important parts of the unit activity. We encourage and give full support to our junior team of registrars and residents in fulfilling their academic requirements for career advancement and higher degrees.
About the Role
We in the Vascular Unit are looking for a positive, committed and inspiring Vascular Surgery Fellow to join our team dedicated to achieving the best in patient care.

About You
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

Has the appropriate level of clinical knowledge and skills to undertake the role of a Fellow

Has the appropriate level of relevant clinical experience to undertake the role of a Fellow
Mandatory requirements of the role:

Primary medical degree (MBBS) or equivalent
-
All candidates will require Australian working rights
-
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Employee Working with Children's Check
-
Current Drivers Licence
