About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Support Officer to join the Nursing & Midwifery Education and Practice Improvement team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential high-level administrative support across business operations, finance processes and document management. As a key member of a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will contribute to the department’s mission of driving excellence in nursing and midwifery education and practice.
About You
You bring an administrative background, with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Your self-motivated and enthusiastic approach enables you to adapt to shifting priorities. You are proactive and dependable, able to work independently within established plans, policies, and procedures. A true team player, you collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and senior leaders. You take ownership of your work, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
What you need:

Experience working in a similar level position in a health service or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Valid Drivers License
