Monash Health Imaging is seeking an Experienced Full-Time Administration Team Leader 

 

About Monash Imaging 

Monash Imaging delivers comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services across multiple sites, including: 

  • Monash Medical Centre – Clayton 

  • Monash Children’s Hospital – Clayton 

  • Victorian Heart Hospital 

  • Dandenong Hospital 

  • Casey Hospital – Berwick 

  • Moorabbin Hospital – Bentleigh East 

  • Kingston Centre – Cheltenham 

  • Pakenham Health Centre (Women’s Imaging) 

  • Dental Imaging sites at Cranbourne and Dandenong 

Monash Imaging provides over 365,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites. Monash Imaging is a busy, multi-modality department providing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services to the outer southeast region of Melbourne and West Gippsland for adult and paediatric patients. About the Role 

Working closely with the Site Administration Supervisor, the Administration Team Leader will support the delivery of daily administrative operations for the Imaging Department, primarily based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton. 

This is a rotational, rostered position where you will support the administration team and assist the Site Administration Supervisor by fostering open, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

Roster details: 

  • Working every Tuesday to Saturday  

  • Shifts include:

    • 7:30am – 4:00pm

    • 8:00am – 4:30pm

    • 8:30am – 5:00pm 

 

About You 

You are a passionate, supportive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. You communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and work collaboratively with others. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff performance management, within a medium to large team 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 

  • Strong knowledge of information systems, including MS Office and specialised or in-house applications 

  • Proven flexibility and adaptability in changing environments 

  • A strong team-oriented approach 

  • Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support team development 

  • Previous experience in an imaging or healthcare environment (highly desirable) 

  • Australian working rights
