About the Role

The Patient Transport Coordinator contributes to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of patient transport across Monash Health, by managing the centralised transport booking service and working with AV and NPT with invoices. The Patient Transport Coordinator creates an excellent first impression of Monash Health by providing a friendly, courteous, helpful and professional greeting to everyone who calls the Patient Transport support line. 

• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional greeting and support to all visitors/patients
• Answer and assist incoming callers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times
• Manage day to day bookings for Monash Health
• Provides a Monash Health contact during business hours for all patient transport
