Emergency Department Administration Assistant - Full Time Fixed (12 months)

About Emergency Department MMC 

If you enjoy working in a supportive, dynamic, evolving environment, with a wide diversity of patients then Monash Medical Centre’s Adult and Paediatric Emergency Department is the place for you. The new adult and paediatric EDs at Monash Medical Centre are co-located but staffed separately.  We are the tertiary referral centre for south-eastern Victoria.

About the Role 

An exciting opportunity exists for someone to work in the Emergency Department Administration Assistant role for a 12 month period commencing May 26th 2025.  The role supports the ED leadership team and other ED staff to deliver excellent and timely emergency care.  

About You

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge: 

• At least three years general administration &/or secretarial experience 

• Ideally a Certificate or Diploma in related discipline 

Mandatory requirements of the role: 

• Current and satisfactory police check 

• Working with children check 

• All candidates will require Australian working rights. 

• Applicants not yet registered to work in Australia must have passed an approved English language test
