About the Role
Join our team as an Maternity Bookings Administration Clerk on a part time ongoing basis 2-4 days per week to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton. The Maternity Bookings role is a key component in the patients pregnancy journey which requires the following skills:

This position requires compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women’s maternity services.

Perform effective and efficient triaging of maternity referrals

Liaises with maternity providers both within and external to Monash Health

Ability to use advanced computer skills to streamline the provision of the service
About The Role
This position requires compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women’s maternity services. This position involves the timely triage and booking of maternity referrals within Monash Health. This is a part time role 2 - 4 days days per week, working Monday to Friday.
About You
You have keen problem solving abilities, particularly in the areas of data analysis. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles. You Also have:

Proven administration experience at a high level

Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated skills in Word and Excel, with a high attention detail

Proactive, organised and can work autonomously as well as in a team

Adaptability and resilience in high pressure situations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What You Need:
-
Recognised qualification in administration or demonstrated experience in office management (preference to Health related industry)

Experience using a Patient Administration System (PAS) e.g. iPM, EMR, SMR
-
Intermediate or above knowledge of Excel
