About the Role:

  • Healthcare administration is fast paced and our Maternity clerical are an integral part of the team.
  • The administration staff are the first people our patients and families are greeted by and therefore an asset to the Monash Women's Service.
  • The position is is available on full time or part time basis. 

  

Monash Women’s Clayton 

We are an outpatient maternity clinic providing a comprehensive range of health services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne’s south east. 

 

About You 

You are a proactive, experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively in autonomous role. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence. You can demonstrate: 

  • Proven administration experience at a high level  

  • Highly desirable IPM experience, but not essential for the right candidate  

  • A professional and kind customer service driven individual who deals with patients with compassion, kindness and respect  

  • Excellent clerical/keyboard and computer skills, including demonstrated skills and Microsoft Word and Excel, with a high attention detail 

  • Proactive, organised and can work autonomously as well as in a team 

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise work  

  • Administrative support to the administration officer and medical staff as appropriate  

  • Superior interpersonal skills
