- Part time, ongoing, Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant position in vibrant and supportive Occupational Therapy team

About the Role
You will work with patients every day to enable them to improve their participation and independence in daily occupations. This includes completing therapy as delegated by the Occupational Therapists that meet individual patient goals from patients with diverse backgrounds. You will be completing occupational based interventions that make a different to patient’s everyday lives.
The role also includes completing referrals to and liaising with community services, providing assistive equipment, and providing non-clinical support to the Occupational Therapy department, whilst providing excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families.
About Us
The Occupational Therapy department at Monash Health is an integral part of the wider Allied Health and ward multidisciplinary teams. We are offering a full time, ongoing position, for a Grade 2 Occupational Therapy AHA looking to pursue their passion in the acute hospital setting.
Monash Health Allied Health provide an integrated and inter-professional service providing the highest quality patient centred care across the continuum and our Allied Health Assistant workforce is a vital part of this.
We are experienced, friendly and inviting. You will also work within a large team of AHAs and have the additional peer support you need to flourish in your career.

- Relevant Qualification (aligned to position description)
- A Victorian driver's license
