An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate midwifery leader to join the Perinatal Services – Fetal Surveillance Unit at Monash Medical Centre.

This ongoing fulltime opportunity will see you lead within a highly specialised tertiary service supporting women and families experiencing high-risk pregnancies across Victoria, Tasmania and Southern NSW.

 

About the Role

As Associate Midwife Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership within the Fetal Surveillance Unit, supporting staff development, driving clinical excellence and promoting evidence-based, woman-centred care.

Working alongside expert clinicians, you’ll play a key role in:


• Leading and supporting a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
• Driving quality and safety initiatives
• Supporting fetal surveillance education and staff capability
• Contributing to innovation within specialist maternity services

 

About You

You are an experienced Registered Midwife with:


• Senior tertiary maternity experience
• Leadership capability and strong communication skills
• Level 3 FSEP practitioner results
• A passion for fetal surveillance and high-risk maternity care
