About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Developer to join our Automation & Advanced Analytics team within Business Intelligence. This role plays a key part in streamlining and optimising business and clinical processes through the development of custom automation and data products. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Monash Health to deliver innovative solutions that support operational efficiency, data integration, and improved patient outcomes. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform, Python, PowerShell, and Azure tools 

  • Collaborate across BI teams to integrate, extract and process complex datasets 

  • Build intuitive user interfaces and maintain robust testing and monitoring frameworks 

  • Contribute to Monash Health’s digital transformation by exploring new automation opportunities 

  

About You

You are a creative problem-solver with: 

  • Strong technical skills in Power Platform (including Power Automate), Azure Functions, Logic Apps 

  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and T-SQL 

  • An understanding of APIs and integration techniques 

  • Experience in healthcare or large, complex organisations (preferred) 

  • A passion for leveraging data and automation to improve outcomes
