About The Client Services Team
 
The Client Services team is responsible for overseeing essential site-based services including car parking operations and site liaison functions at large sites. We recently implemented a major car parking transformation project for over 20,000 employees across the Monash Health network.
 
While our major focus is on car parking operations, we also frequently support Site management teams with coordinating facilities improvements, communications related to capital upgrades or projects, wayfinding and signage.
 
This is a new team and it's an exciting time to join us as we work on our long-term strategy to support sites with service management.
 
About the Opportunity
 
This role is vital to the success of car parking operations across all our sites, which provides parking for both visitors and employees. It oversees the daily management of our car park operator in order to provide efficient, safe and accessible parking services to staff, patients and visitors. The role is based in Clayton, with travel required to other sites, as necessary and is a Full Time Ongoing Position.
 
The role supports the Client Services Manager with contract administration, project planning, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and delivery of parking upgrades or technology enhancements across our car parks.
 
With a huge technological transformation project that was put in place recently, the role will support in implementing this efficiently and enhancing the delivery of the system over time. This will include: 
 
  • Closely working with the contracted car parking service provider, other contractors from time to time.
  • Internally – closely working with site management, Engineering and facilities teams, security, capital team, payroll teams.

 

About You
 
This role is suited to someone who is a proactive team player, a confident communicator who enjoys a fast-paced work environment. You will have 3-4 years experience in an operations or project management role, an understanding of contract management, ideally as part of a facilities team or in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing facilities or parking operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of contract management
  • Data analysis and reporting capability
  • Experience with large scale project management or infrastructure planning desirable
