Client Services Manager

Lead service transformation across major hospital sites

We’re seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to drive service quality and operational excellence across our portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Capital, Engineering and Facilities, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming car parking infrastructure and leading the development of a new Site Liaison team.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading the transformation of car parking, including Pay-as-you-Go solutions
• Developing and implementing a strategic car parking plan
• Managing contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Overseeing governance, reporting, and budget performance
• Establishing a collaborative site service management model
• Enhancing stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement
