- Support pharmacy learners through feedback, developmental plans, mentoring and advanced practice pathways.
- Develop and deliver education and training activities, including assessments, aligned with best-practice clinical learning approaches.
- Provide patient-facing clinical pharmacy services, maintaining your own clinical practice and acting as a role model for high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams to identify education and professional development needs.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Clinical Educator Program across Monash Health.
- Contribute to research, audit, quality improvement and innovative approaches to pharmacy education and practice.
The role offers variety, with the opportunity to work across different practice areas and Monash Health sites while collaborating with pharmacy professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
