Join us at the largest healthcare organisation in Victoria to be part of our experienced contemporary education team as a Clinical Nurse Educator in our dynamic Intensive Care Units across Monash Health
About the role:
In this role you will

Deliver and support contemporary, evidence-based education aligned with best practice in intensive care, including cardiac care

Design and implement engaging ICU-specific learning programs and resources

Support staff development across all practice levels novice to expert, building confidence in a high-acuity complex environment

Demonstrate and promote clinical excellence, integrating advanced cardiac and critical care expertise into practice
-
Collaborate with ICU leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and clinical support nurses across sites
-
Apply frameworks, including the Professional Development Framework, to build a flexible and future-ready ICU workforce
This position requires a clinician who demonstrates adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to support education delivery across diverse ICU settings.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
-
Extensive experience in intensive care nursing, in particular cardiac patient management
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver education and clinical teaching in ICU settings
-
Strong understanding of contemporary critical care practice and evidence-based care
-
Proven ability to adapt and work flexibly across multiple sites and teams
-
Highly developed communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
-
Experience in developing education programs and supporting staff development
-
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
