Are you passionate about clinical research and ready to make a real impact in haematology care?
Monash Health Haematology is seeking a Clinical Project Associate to join our dynamic Clinical Trials Unit, based at the state-of-the-art Monash Health Translation Precinct. With over 120 active trials across malignant haematology and haemostasis/thrombosis, our team is at the forefront of innovative therapies, including targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with clinical trial experience who is passionate about advancing research and improving patient outcomes.
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives working both independently and collaboratively. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, high professional standards, excellent attention to detail, a passion for clinical research, a commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine desire to contribute positively to the team and Monash Health.
You will play a key role in managing clinical trial data and supporting ethics, finance, contract management, and broader trial operations across multiple studies. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical trial databases, data entry, supporting ethics and contract processes, and providing operational support to clinical trial coordinators.
Your contribution will help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality clinical trials and support the development of innovative treatments for patients.
About You:
- Interest and / or experience in clinical research
- Nursing, Medical, Haematology, Science or Biomedicine background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Demonstrates the ability to keep complete and organised records
- Ability to grasp the concepts of each protocol
- Well-developed conflict management skills
- Ability to prioritise & excellent time management skills
- Pursues activities leading to continuing professional development
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Commitment to flexibility and innovation
