In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Clinical Research Manager (Operational) and the Nurse Manager (Professional).
About You
To be successful in this healthcare role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes:
- Be a role model and mentor, fostering collaboration and teamwork among like-minded colleagues
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking capability
- Excited to actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives to uphold and enhance best practice standards within the program
- Demonstrated experience in paediatric oncology and research nursing is essential
- Good Clinical Practice certification and working knowledge of ICH-GCP and the NHMRC guidelines is essential
- Experience in a senior nursing role
- Current AHPRA nursing registration
- Australian working rights
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the administration of anti-cancer therapies and Anti-cancer therapy accreditation is desirable
