Consultant – Culture & Leadership

Shape the culture behind one of Australia’s largest health services

At Monash Health, we believe exceptional healthcare starts with exceptional leadership, engaged teams and a culture where people thrive.

As Victoria’s largest public health service, we care for millions of patients each year across hospitals, community services, mental health, aged care and virtual care settings. Behind that scale is a strong commitment to building capable leaders, connected teams and meaningful workforce experiences.

We are now seeking a Consultant – Culture & Leadership to join our People & Engagement division and help drive strategic organisational development initiatives across a complex and evolving healthcare environment.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-wide leadership, engagement and culture programs that genuinely influence how care is delivered across the community.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Culture & Leadership, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to support the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic initiatives focused on:

    • Leadership capability and development
    • Organisational culture and employee engagement

    • Talent and succession planning
    • Organisational diagnostics and insight

You’ll combine strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, helping leaders translate workforce insights into practical, measurable actions.

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategy and delivery — from facilitating workshops and engagement activities through to analysing workforce data and contributing to enterprise-wide organisational development initiatives.

This is a full-time, ongoing role operating within a fixed hybrid working model. The position involves working across multiple Monash Health sites, with primary base locations at Kingston Centre Cheltenham and Monash Medical Centre Clayton. Flexible travel between sites is required to support collaboration, service delivery, and engagement across the organisation.

About You
