About Us
The Monash Health Foundation is seeking a dynamic customer service minded individual to join the team as our Corporate & Community Partnerships Coordinator.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and community partners, this opportunity is ideal for an individual looking to further their career in fundraising and utilise relationship bilding and management skills.
Based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton with the option to work hybrid, the succesful candiate will be responsible for helping to deliver Monash Health Foundation’s strategic objectives with corporate and community partners and realising those relationships to their full potential.
About the Role
This position will have a key responsibility in helping to deliver the Corporate & Community Partnerships program of the Monash Health Foundation through the following:
- Helping to deliver Monash Health Foundation’s strategic objectives with corporate and community partnerships.
- Identifying prospective organisations to build strategic partnerships with.
- Strengthening relationships with current corporate and community partners.
- Growing sponsorship support for Monash Health and Monash Health Foundation events.
- Executing partnership agreements and ensuring the delivery of agreed benefits.
- Supporting a workplace giving program.
About You:
- High energy, positive can-do attitude
- A degree qualification in a relevant field with relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check.
Technical skills/knowledge/experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in managing corporate partnerships, relationship management or customer service.
- Experience in and an understanding of the NFP and philanthropy sector. Experience fundraising within the Public Health sector is an advantage.
- A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, public speaking and relationship management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills with demonstrated experience in event/project management best practise methodology
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, electronic mail platforms (Autopilot, Orto, Mailchimp or other), CRM databases (Salesforce, Raisers Edge, or other), and event management platforms (Eventbrite, Humanatix or other).
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with experience in the analysis of information to formulate opinions and to advise on strategic and operational solutions
- High-level interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively influence and build sustainable and successful relationships.
- Creative, progressive and forward thinking; open to new ideas and new ways of achieving objectives
