Are you looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact in the healthcare sector?

Monash Doctors Workforce is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage the medical credentialing process across Monash Health.

This ongoing position is 19 hours per week (0.5 EFT) with flexible working options across 3, 4, or 5 days, and hybrid arrangements available. 

 

About the Role

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the Credentialing Process: Be the expert for medical credentialing across Monash Health. 

  • Manage the cGov System: Oversee user access, updates, reporting, and troubleshooting. 

  • Coordinate Applications: Handle credentialing renewals, follow-ups, and approvals. 

  • Organize Meetings: Set agendas and run the monthly credentialing committee meetings. 

  • Process Honorary Appointments: Manage honorary/unpaid appointments as needed. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Experience or understanding of the healthcare industry (credentialing preferred). 

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Adaptable: Ability to identify improvements and enhance processes.
