About The Role 

We are excited to announce the Data Manager position within our ENT Unit at: 

  • Based at Moorabbin Hospital 

In this position, the Manager will work closely with the ENT Head of Unit as well as ENT medical, nursing, allied health and admin staff to manage the collection and presentation of ENT Surgical Data to help drive Quality Improvement within the ENT Unit. The  role also provides administrative support to Senior Nurses providing care for patients with Head & Neck Cancer 

 

About You 

You have been developing your analytical and data collection skills and are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of data presented in a meaningful and professional way to drive Quality Improvement. You also:  

  • have high level of attention to detail and are; 

  • Committed to delivering high quality work and able to work independently 

  • Enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines 

  • Excited to be accountable for and manage specific portfolios in our relentless pursuit of excellence 

What You Need: 

  • Health Administration qualification or working towards 

  • previous experience in a health care setting desirable 

  • Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience) 

  • Australian working rights
