About the Opportunity - Full Time Fixed Term
We’re seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our Business Intelligence team within the Automation & Advanced Analytics stream. This is an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge data products—such as predictive models and automated solutions—that drive operational efficiency and improve patient care.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and modelling
-
Develop innovative data science solutions to clinical and operational problems
-
Collaborate with BI teams and clinical stakeholders to understand business needs
-
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to large healthcare datasets
-
Contribute to service redesign, patient flow optimisation and health improvement initiatives
About You
What You’ll Bring:
-
A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
-
Solid experience with Python, R, SQL and statistical methods
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly
-
Experience in machine learning, data modelling, and algorithm development
-
Preferably, familiarity with EMR systems, Azure ML and Microsoft Power Platform
