About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director to join our dynamic leadership team. This is your opportunity to influence clinical care, research, and education on a global scale.
In this role, you will:

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for Women’s and Children’s Mental Health initiatives.

Lead innovative, integrated research programs with international impact, securing competitive funding and publishing in high-impact journals.

Drive excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision
Key Requirements:
-
PhD or equivalent higher degree by research
-
Experience in research leadership including grants, data management, statistical analysis, and publication
-
Experience managing research teams
This fixed term position (5 years, with potential renewal) will be offered between 0.7EFT and 1.0EFT based on experience and enterprise agreement classification and will primarily be based at Monash Medical Centre.
