- Ensuring continuity of care throughout a patient’s admission
- Supporting meaningful progression in dietetic management across the care journey
About You

Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Hold a Dietitians Australia (DA) accredited dietetics degree, or hold a DA mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand, or have passed the Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process
- Eligible for DA membership and Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status
- Current Drivers Licence
