About You
A seasoned leader with legal/ Industrial relations qualifications and demonstrated experience in workplace relations and business partnering, with over five years’ experience navigating complex environments. Expert in strategic case management, industrial compliance, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site organisations.
Further, you are known as an innovative thinker, who demonstrates exemplary engagement skills.
About the Role
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving best-practice workplace relations and strategic business partnering across Monash Health. It oversees complex case management, including employee complaints, investigations, while ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements and industrial legislation. The role provides high-level advice to the Board, Executive, and senior stakeholders, shaping decisions that impact the organisation’s workforce and culture.
Operating in a dynamic and sensitive environment, the role leads the development of workplace relations frameworks and governance initiatives that align with legal and organisational standards. It also represents Monash Health in external tribunals and commissions, manages relationships with unions and professional bodies, and delivers data-driven insights through robust reporting systems to support informed, strategic decision-making.
