An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Strategy & Planning team at Monash Health. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, and part of the Office of the Chief Executive, this role is critical to the development and implementation of organisational strategy and clinical service planning. 

Monash Health has recently launched its new Strategy 2026 - 2031, Care, Reimagined. This role will be pivotal in the delivery of this strategy over the next 5 years. In addition, Monash Health is also developing an organisation-wide Clinical Service Plan, and this role will be critical in overseeing the development and implementation of this comprehensive plan.

Working with a broad range of stakeholders, from the Board of Directors to frontline clinical workers, the role demands extensive experience in both strategy development and implementation, and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary service planning in a health service context. The role leads a small but high performing team of Strategy & Planning partners, and as such we are looking for an experiened people leader, who can reflect our new values - full hearted, open minded and all in.
