About the Role

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support Monash Health’s Chief People and Engagement Officer (CPEO).

 

This is a trusted and varied role where you’ll manage a complex diary, coordinate key meetings and governance requirements, prepare correspondence and reports, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders across Monash Health.

 

You’ll be someone who enjoys being one step ahead, uses good judgement and takes pride in keeping things organised and moving.

 

About the Team

 

You’ll join our Corporate Executive Assistant team, a close and collaborative group of experienced EAs who provide dedicated support to Monash Health’s Chief Officers. While each EA supports their own executive, the team works together, shares knowledge and steps in to support each other when needed.

 

You’ll also be an important part of the broader People and Engagement team, working closely with leaders and teams across Culture and Experience, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Workplace Relations and the Monash Health Foundation.

About You

 

You are an experienced, organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, building relationships and being part of a team.

 

You’ll bring:

 

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence managing executive diaries, meetings, correspondence and governance requirements
  • Sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience supporting Board or governance processes, or working within healthcare, the public sector or another complex environment, will be highly regarded.
