About the Role

Fabulous opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the community we serve. As EA for the Community Program you will support two Executives and guide 3 PAs in the smooth and consistent operation of administration across the Program. Liaison and relationships with fellow EAs in the Medicine, Aged, Community and Mental Health Division is an important part of the role. You will provide high level confidential support and interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Core functions include minute taking, complex calendar management, online and in person event coordination, document preparation, approval processes, preparation of presentations and reports, and document management. Excellent customer service and relationship management are central to the role, as is working effectively and cooperatively in a team structure. 

 

About You

You will have at least 8 years relevant administrative experience with advanced Microsoft Office and M365 skills. You will have superior writing skills and hold a Diploma or higher qualification. Problem solving capability and organisational skills are essential for this highly dynamic role, as are a highly developed professional presence and customer-oriented approach. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential.
