About us
Monash Health is Victoria’s largest public health service. We are proud to provide healthcare to one quarter of Melbourne’s population, across the entire life-span from newborn and children, to adults, the elderly, their families and carers.
Recently the Aged Care sector has attracted significant attention as we develop a greater appreciation of the importance of the care we provide to ageing members of our community, especially those living in residential care. Lived experience through COVID has delivered a widespread awareness of the high level of clinical skill and capability of care providers in public health and their dedication to providing excellent care to our residents every day.
As we further refine how we care for our Aged Care Residents, we are now looking for an outstanding Facility Manager to join us in a key leadership role. The position is Full Time Temporary until July 18 2025.
Mooraleigh Hostel provides permanent and respite specialist aged care. Our 29 private rooms have lovely garden views and are in a homelike setting. Independence is important to our care recipients, and we will do all we can to help maintain it. Being innovative and thinking outside the box is an important part of the role staff play at Mooraleigh to give our care recipients a reason to wake each morning.
We care for residents, many of whom are living with complex care needs that need your clinical expertise, compassion and support. We are committed to delivering innovative best practice care that challenges and engages our clinicians and have the support of Monash Health specialities and in reach services to achieve our best practice goals.
