About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player to step into a key role supporting the Foundation’s donation management framework. Reporting to the Foundation Business Support Manager, you’ll process philanthropic contributions, maintain accurate donor data, respond to donor enquiries, and support relationship-building efforts across the team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

 

This is a full time ongoing opportunity based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, with travel to other Monash Health sites required on occasions.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process and record donations accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date donor and gift data in the Foundation’s systems.
  • Respond to donor phone enquiries and triage as needed.
  • Assist with reporting and data integrity exercises.
  • Support team operations and donor relationship activities

About You

You’re a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who takes pride in delivering accurate work and supporting donor engagement. You bring strong administrative and data skills, enjoy working with systems, and communicate with warmth and professionalism—especially when assisting donors over the phone.

You will bring:

  • Sharp attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner
  • Experience using CRM or fundraising systems (Salesforce NPSP a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced team
  • Curiosity, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude

 

What you need

You hold a relevant qualification—such as a degree or certificate in business, fundraising, finance, or data management along with experience in a not-for-profit or data-focused role.

 

You have strong administrative and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce NPSP or similar preferred). Your attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities make you a reliable and valued team member.
