About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician – Allied Health Group Coordinator to join our Adult Mental Health Program at the Atherton Road Centre (Oakleigh).

This part-time (0.6–0.8 EFT) or full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver evidence-based group therapies that support people living with mental health challenges. You’ll coordinate the ARC Group Program, collaborating with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver engaging, recovery-focused interventions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead with purpose – coordinate and deliver dynamic group programs that build wellbeing and resilience.

• Deliver meaningful outcomes – support therapies such as CBT and ACT for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and psychosis.

• Empower others – provide supervision, leadership, and education for emerging clinicians.

• Champion recovery – partner with consumers and families using the Strengths Model.

• Drive innovation – contribute to service improvement and collaboration across teams.

This position is open to Social Worker (Grade 3), Occupational Therapy (Grade 3) and Nursing disciplines (RPN4).

About You

You’re a motivated, experienced clinician who thrives on collaboration and recovery-focused practice. You bring:

• Extensive mental health experience.
• Expertise in group facilitation and evidence-based therapies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring others.
• (Desirable) Experience in Alcohol & Other Drugs.
