About the Role
Join our team as a Human Research Ethics and Site Specific Authorisation Cordinator on a full time, fixed term basis until 24 July 2026, with the potential to contract extension, to work at the Monash Medical Centre Clayton site.
If you have experience in supporting Human Research Ethics Committees and review of Site Authorisation applications and are looking for your next career step, Monash Health is a great place to work. The role requires the incumbent to work beyond usual business hours once a month to support the Human Research Ethics Committee meeting.
About Us
The Research Support Services team is the central research office of Monash Health and supports over 1800 studies across all our sites and our research ranges from early phase trials through to longitudinal studies of people throughout different stages of life. Our main focus is on the research ethics and governance of new and current studies. Another major focus is supporting the implementation of the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework.
About You
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Completion of Science or Health Sciences degree
- Experience in Human Research Ethics and Governance
- Ability to meet deadlines
