If you are committed to improve patient experience and have trained or completed a Health Assistant Nursing (HLT 32512) this is an opportunity for you to work with the vibrant, positive and high achieving South 4 team in subacute services at Kingston Centre. 

Core modules to be completed are HLTAIN302 A, HLT301A.

About the Role 

The role of the Health Assistant in Nursing is to work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurses within the level of education and competencies and within clearly defined parameters. The ward at Kingston Centre provide. Inpatient care in rehabilitation and geriatric evaluation and management to patients in order to support optimising function and rehabilitation. This may be an opportunity for you to develop skills that may enhance your career pathway working within friendly dynamic Nursing team. 

  • Permanent full time roles Monday to Friday 

 

About You 

You have proven interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building, cooperation and conflict resolution and work collaboratively with others to deliver outcomes. You have completed the units of the Certificate III in Health Services Assistance Qualification as listed in the position description.
