Are you an Acute Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into the ICU? Our 6-month Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program is your gateway to Critical Care nursing — and a pathway to postgraduate study.

The Opportunity

 

  • 6-month fixed-term program (0.8 EFT) Multiple positions
  • Supported clinical shifts with dedicated Clinical Educators
  • Intensive, hands-on ICU experience
  • Structured preparation for postgraduate Critical Care studies

 

You’ll train at one of the two leading ICU sites at Monash Health.

 

Monash Medical Centre Clayton A 27-bed tertiary referral ICU specialising in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Obstetrics, General Medicine and Surgery. 

Dandenong Hospital – ICU A 14-bed unit specialising in Colorectal, General Surgery, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular and General Medicine.

What You’ll Gain
