The Opportunity
- 6-month fixed-term program (0.8 EFT) Multiple positions
- Supported clinical shifts with dedicated Clinical Educators
- Intensive, hands-on ICU experience
- Structured preparation for postgraduate Critical Care studies
You’ll train at one of the two leading ICU sites at Monash Health.
Monash Medical Centre Clayton A 27-bed tertiary referral ICU specialising in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Obstetrics, General Medicine and Surgery.
Dandenong Hospital – ICU A 14-bed unit specialising in Colorectal, General Surgery, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular and General Medicine.

What You’ll Gain

- Current Acute Nursing Experience
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centred care and advocacy
