About the role:

 

The Information Management Coordinator plays a central role in keeping the Foundation’s systems, data and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, varied position suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping others get the best out of the tools we use.You’ll support key platforms, streamline workflows, create useful reports and work with colleagues across the team to turn their needs into practical solutions. While experience with systems like Salesforce or Microsoft 365 is advantageous, we’re just as interested in people who bring curiosity, initiative and a collaborative attitude. This is a full-time ongoing opportunity based at Clayton, with travel to other Monash Health sites required on occasions.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support the effective use of the Foundation’s systems by translating business needs into practical solutions and improvements.
  • Monitor systems for performance, usability and compliance, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimise day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide responsive support to colleagues, helping troubleshoot issues and keeping teams informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate updates, enhancements and vendor support to ensure systems remain stable, secure and fit for purpose.
  • Deliver training, guidance and documentation that helps colleagues work confidently and efficiently with key tools and processes.

About You:

You will bring:

  • Ability to analyse issues, identify improvements and follow tasks through to completion.
  • An organised, detail‑oriented approach to managing data, processes and documentation
  • Experience with CRM or digital systems (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft 365)

 

What you need:

 

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., information management, information technology, business) with demonstrated experience in IT or information support services (preferably in the non-for-profit sector), or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge and experience.

 

You have demonstrated capability in systems troubleshooting, problemsolving and endtoend systems maintenance, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce NPSP or similar and Microsoft 365 are desired). Your attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities make you a reliable and valued team member.
