About the Role:
Join our team as a Lymphoedema Therapist Grade 3 on a part-time ongoing (0.44 / 33.4 hours per fortnight) basis, based across our Moorabbin, Casey and Cranbourne sites to provide direct patient care to patients with Lymphoedema as well as support and supervision to junior staff.
Using your established clincial skills in the management of Lymphodema you will provide pivotal clinical leadership and guidance to Allied Health and non-Allied Health staff working within the team and across Monash Health. Your expertise in the assessment and treatment of upper and lower limb lymphoedema, along with your advanced knowledge of compression garment prescription and providers will enhance the journey for our patients at some of their most vulnerable times.

About You:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Extensive clinical experience in managing upper and lower limb lymphoedema
- Advanced clinical reasoning skills with experience in providing clinical education and staff supervision
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Ambition to grow your clinical skills and expand your knowledge
- Proactive and team oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mandatory requirements of the role:
- A relevant Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Significant clinical experience in the management of upper and lower limb lymphoedema
- Leadership &/or service development experience
- Australasian Lymphology Association Level 1 and Level 2 Lymphoedema Training Courses, or the equivalent
