Manager (Grade 4 Psychologist) - APM Clinics
Monash Health Psychology is seeking an experienced and strategic senior psychologist to lead our Agile Psychological Medicine Clinics (APM)—a flagship service delivering early, evidence-based intervention for consumers presenting through acute mental health pathways.
In this senior leadership role, you will provide operational management across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, responsive care for individuals experiencing acute distress, including suicidal ideation and complex mental health conditions. A core focus of the role is ensuring fidelity to Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), embedding a culture of outcome monitoring, consumer feedback, and continuous improvement in clinical practice across the service.
You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, drive clinical governance and service performance, and support delivery of evidence-based interventions aligned to the APM model of care.
About You
You are a highly experienced psychologist with:

AHPRA registration and endorsement in Clinical or Forensic Psychology
-
AHPRA-approved supervisor status
-
Extensive leadership experience in public mental health
-
Strong expertise in clinical governance, workforce leadership, and service development

Experience implementing or leading Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) or outcome-focused models of care
