Join Monash Health as a Quality Manager – Quality Insights and Systems

Are you passionate about driving data-informed improvements in healthcare quality and safety? Monash Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Quality and Clinical Governance Unit. In this pivotal role, you will lead the analysis of clinical performance data, deliver high-impact reporting, and oversee the management of key quality systems including Riskman, MARS, and PROMPT.

You will play a central role in modernising our reporting practices, building analytical capability across the unit, and co-designing a contemporary quality system that supports proactive risk identification and measurable improvements in care. This is an exciting opportunity to influence clinical governance at scale and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality care across Victoria’s largest public health service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of clinical performance data and deliver strategic, high-impact reporting to inform executive decision-making.
• Oversee and manage core quality systems (Riskman, MARS, PROMPT), ensuring they are well-maintained, monitored, and aligned with governance priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen clinical governance processes and drive data-informed improvement initiatives.
• Build analytical capability across the Quality and Clinical Governance Unit, fostering a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
• Co-design and support the development of a contemporary quality system that enables proactive risk identification and measurable improvements in care.
