We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Principal Trainer to join the Maternity Digital Transformation Project on a fixed-term or secondment basis.
About the Role
As the Maternity Project Principal Trainer, you will lead the development and delivery of training programs that support the adoption of Monash Health’s EMR and integrated digital systems across maternity services. You’ll work closely with clinical and project teams to ensure staff are confident and capable in using digital tools to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training and at-the-elbow support for maternity staff across five sites

Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including eLearning modules and quick reference guides

Lead train-the-trainer sessions and support superusers across the organisation

Collaborate with project and clinical stakeholders to align training with system workflows

Support Go-Live activities and provide post-implementation training and optimisation

Promote continuous improvement through feedback and stakeholder engagement
