You will model best practice aligned with the McGrath Model of Care, contribute to guideline development, and drive evidence-based improvements.
Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across haematology, oncology, radiation oncology, palliative care, allied health and primary care, you will provide expert clinical care, emotional support, patient education, and seamless coordination of services.
You will also contribute to service planning, quality improvement and innovation in blood cancer care, uphold Monash Health’s commitment to safety and excellence, and represent the McGrath Foundation through service awareness, engagement and accurate data reporting.
